On a day such as today, where our country will forever reflect on the hero's of our nation, it makes me proud to have a brother going to fight for his country. Men like him today and throughout history, give up so much in order for us to have and continue to have freedoms like I have to be able to go to work my dream job of owning a cafe. For him, his fellow soldiers, firefighters, police force and many other things I am so thankful.

Because of this freedom, I am able to come in to a business, official operating for THREE MONTHS! Able to come in to a business to imagine, create and produce delicious food for my community and the people who choose to come witness the beauty we see every day.

It is so exciting for me to see even in this short time such growth and be able to respond with an expanding menu.

We are finding people that are ideal for our business that are helping to shape this dream of mine and for them I am also so grateful. Because of them we are able to continue to produce quality, hand made coffee beverages, quick bites, baked treats and meals from start to finish.

Not only this, we are now able to be open again for breakfast! Back to quick breakfast options with muffins, pastries and burritos for those on the go. Theres more! We are also starting FULL BREAKFAST! With our new inventory arriving this week, we will be starting to do eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and much more to make sure you do not leave hungry.

Also check out our pastry case to see what new creations our bakers have made for you. Today, Rachel made us some cinnamon twists, peach danish and blackberry danish. YUMMY!
